Fiddler's Creek Membership
What's Included, What's Optional, What It Costs
Fiddler's Creek has three membership layers — one that every owner receives automatically, and two that are optional add-ons. Understanding which is which, and what each costs, is essential before comparing Fiddler's Creek to other Naples communities.
The Three Fiddler's Creek Membership Tiers
Fiddler's Creek membership is not a single thing — it is three distinct layers that stack on top of each other. Every owner starts with the base layer automatically. The other two require a separate decision and separate fees. Buyers who understand this structure before purchase can accurately budget their all-in ownership cost; buyers who discover it at closing are often surprised.
Access is automatic for all Fiddler's Creek property owners through the master HOA. No separate initiation fee. No application. The 54,000 sq ft Club and Spa — pool complex, full-service spa, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, dining — is the base lifestyle infrastructure every buyer receives from day one.
Residents who want to golf join The Creek Golf and Country Club separately — initiation fee plus annual dues on top of the base HOA. Provides access to the Arthur Hills-designed Creek Course (18 holes, 7,100 yards, Golfweek top-100 residential), practice facilities, member leagues and tournaments, the golf clubhouse, and PGA instruction. Non-golfers pay nothing golf-related.
An optional annual membership that extends the Fiddler's Creek lifestyle to Marco Island — private beach access with full service (chairs, umbrellas, food and beverage), marina facilities, and a boating program. Unique to Fiddler's Creek in the South Naples market — no other community in this corridor offers a comparable optional beach access program. Non-beach residents pay nothing for the Tarpon Club.
