Fiddler's Creek Membership
What's Included, What's Optional, What It Costs

Fiddler's Creek has three membership layers — one that every owner receives automatically, and two that are optional add-ons. Understanding which is which, and what each costs, is essential before comparing Fiddler's Creek to other Naples communities.

2 Optional

The Three Fiddler's Creek Membership Tiers

Fiddler's Creek membership is not a single thing — it is three distinct layers that stack on top of each other. Every owner starts with the base layer automatically. The other two require a separate decision and separate fees. Buyers who understand this structure before purchase can accurately budget their all-in ownership cost; buyers who discover it at closing are often surprised.

Included Club & Spa at Fiddler's Creek

Access is automatic for all Fiddler's Creek property owners through the master HOA. No separate initiation fee. No application. The 54,000 sq ft Club and Spa — pool complex, full-service spa, fitness center, tennis, pickleball, dining — is the base lifestyle infrastructure every buyer receives from day one.

Optional Golf — The Creek Golf & Country Club

Residents who want to golf join The Creek Golf and Country Club separately — initiation fee plus annual dues on top of the base HOA. Provides access to the Arthur Hills-designed Creek Course (18 holes, 7,100 yards, Golfweek top-100 residential), practice facilities, member leagues and tournaments, the golf clubhouse, and PGA instruction. Non-golfers pay nothing golf-related.

Optional Tarpon Club — Marco Island Beach & Marina

An optional annual membership that extends the Fiddler's Creek lifestyle to Marco Island — private beach access with full service (chairs, umbrellas, food and beverage), marina facilities, and a boating program. Unique to Fiddler's Creek in the South Naples market — no other community in this corridor offers a comparable optional beach access program. Non-beach residents pay nothing for the Tarpon Club.

Membership Q&A

If I buy in Fiddler's Creek, what do I automatically get?
Every Fiddler's Creek property owner automatically receives access to the Club and Spa — the 54,000 sq ft facility with resort pool, fitness, spa, tennis, pickleball, and dining — through the master HOA. No application, no initiation, no separate fee. It is included. Golf access and Tarpon Club beach access are not included and require separate optional enrollment.
Can I join just the Tarpon Club without the golf membership?
Yes. Each optional membership is independent. You can add just the Tarpon Club, just golf, both, or neither — in any combination. The base Club and Spa access is always included regardless of what optional memberships you add or skip. This flexibility is one of the primary advantages of the Fiddler's Creek membership structure versus communities with mandatory packages.
Do tenants and renters get membership access?
Club and Spa access is generally included for tenants in most Fiddler's Creek leases — confirm it is explicitly stated in the specific lease agreement before signing. Golf and Tarpon Club memberships are tied to ownership and are not included in standard leases. Renters who want golf or beach access during their stay would need to make separate arrangements directly with the respective clubs.
How does Fiddler's Creek membership compare to mandatory club communities?
At mandatory-membership communities like Grey Oaks (~$150K–$175K golf initiation) or Tiburon (~$150K–$200K), every buyer pays a large initiation fee for the club regardless of whether they golf. At Fiddler's Creek, the base Club and Spa is included in the HOA with no initiation, and golf is optional. For non-golfers this is a significant financial advantage. For serious golfers comparing the overall value, the Creek Course is a top-ranked residential course and the optional initiation is meaningfully lower than the mandatory initiation at the premium Naples clubs.
