The pool cage was new in 2023, pool heater in 2025, new A/C in 2021 and W/H in 2023. A spacious and separate outdoor storage shed is on the rear cornet of the property for storage of beach equipment. Beach access is a 3-5 minute walk to the path by the Library and Chapel by the Sea. The Green Flash Restaurant is a 1 minute walk, and the village center walk is 5 minutes. Due to busy weekly guest occupancy, showings will be accepted by appointment only on a Saturday with guest turnover, and between 12 and 2 pm. Future guest reservations after closing must be honored.
