38′ B-24 will accommodate a boat up to 40’10” with approved variance, maximum beam is 14′. B Dock is new aluminum floating dock with all new utilities, it’s conveniently located near parking and the Marina Center, the Country Club and Fitness Center, the Waterside Grille and Johnny Browns Restaurant (Country Club Membership required), Condo Assoc fee $476 a month and includes use of the Marina Center. $150 appl fee once, non-residents pay $286 annually to the Master Association for community access. Remaining docks are concrete or aluminum floating docks with electricity, pump out near each slip, fuel dock with gas and diesel, laundry, showers and full time staff 7 days a week.
