Useppa Island is a private island with approximately 100 homes. This lot sits on the highest point on the island and you would not have to build on stilts. This lot is not in a flood zone. The island is boat access only. Useppa is a magical island with an old Florida feel. There are modern utilities including water and sewer as well as amenities including and Inn, dining, pool, spa, work out room, tennis courts and bike trails. Golf carts are the preferred mode of travel. The island has trash removal, gets mail, instacart and Amazon delivers as well. There is a ferry that provides access to the island from Bokeelia if you do not have a boat. Reservations must be made to visit the island if you are not an owner.
