38′ Slip E-01 will accommodate a boat up to 40′ with approved variance, max. beam is 15′. The rebuilt concrete floating docks have electricity and water at each slip. The marina has a pump out near each slip, a fuel dock with gas and diesel, laundry, showers and full time staff. Non-residents pay $150 annually to the Master Association for community access. Special assessments for damages after Hurricane Ian have been paid in full!
