It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, (one is a pool bath), a full loaded kitchen, a nice living room, a den and a family room, mainly used for dining. The house comes fully equipped, ready for immediate use.
You will find a large pool era with a solar heated pool and a electric heated spa, also a large roofed space for your outside activities.
For your safety you will have a security system and electric shutters all over the house. A new roof was installed in 2015 and a new PEX plumbing system in 2018. The water softener is in the garage, not outside.

The house is rented out till end of March, that means closing thereafter. But we can show the house anytime with a 24 hour notice.
