It is in the coveted SE area of Cape Coral with quick boat access to the river, 25 minutes away from Fort Myers Airport and just 5 minutes away from dining and shopping centers.

You will find a pool table to the left through the front door, ready to use for hours of fun. This vacation home offers modern furnishings. The white leather sectional provides seating to watch your favorite shows or enjoy the view outside. 

The bright and fully updated kitchen comes features stainless steel appliances equipped with anything you could need! A breakfast bar includes extra seating for two, perfect for a quick lunch or snack. The dining room provides seating for six, which has an excellent view of the pool. 
 
You won’t find a retreat more serene than in the master bedroom, which is very spacious and offers a king-sized bed and even a has a poolside view. Leave the sliders ajar at night to allow for the soft breeze to lull you to sleep from the lanai. The en-suite master bathroom offers a relaxing soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and Jack-and-Jill sinks.

Villa ChristyLe’s first guest bedroom is cozy and quiet with a King-sized bed. The second bedroom is perfect for the kids, featuring two twin beds and a TV. This room will provide children with plenty of entertainment. Both guest bedrooms share the second bathroom, which offers a tub/shower combo and single-sink vanity. 

You can relax on the lovely lanai by opening the full-length sliding doors in the dining room, which will no doubt be where you spend most of your time. The electric-heated pool is already calling your name! A sitting and dining area is right beside the pool and will seat four. Two additional sun loungers are available, which gives you plenty of space to work on your Florida tan. Please note that the boat lift is not available for tenant use.
